Refund policy

Groundwork Guides sells digital products. Access is granted as soon as payment clears, so every sale is a download.

If you have not used the guide and you write within 7 days of purchase, we will refund the order. Contact us with the email you paid with.

If you have already worked through the worksheets or copied the templates, the sale stands. Chargebacks for buyer’s remorse after access are treated as a dispute.
